Privacy Policy

What we collect

TryInfraLab collects minimal data to operate the service:

• - A one-way hash of your IP address, used only for abuse prevention. The raw IP is never stored.
• - Images you upload, stored temporarily and deleted automatically after a short period.
• - Step timing and metadata for each run, expired automatically alongside the run record.

What we do not collect

There are no cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party analytics, and no advertising. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any account information. No data is sold or shared with third parties.

Infrastructure

The service is hosted on cloud infrastructure. Uploaded files are stored on third-party object storage during processing and deleted shortly after. We do not control the underlying infrastructure providers' own privacy practices.

Data deletion

All run data and uploaded files are deleted automatically after a short retention period. There is no account system, so there is no additional data to request deletion of.
